My boy works at an inbound call centre which is for computer support.
The funniest story today:
"Ok, Ma'am, could you boot your computer for me."
BAM! BAM!! BAM!!!
"Uh, Ma'am? What happened?"
"I booted the computer."
"You booted the computer?"
"Yes, I kicked it."
"Uh... ok... that probably wasn't a good thing."
It wasn't a good thing. She had to buy a new computer.
